At CushCore, we’ve built our company on the foundation of solving problems. We noticed a gap in the market when it came to tyre and insert installation tools – our Bead Dropper and Bead Bro work great, but professional grade tyre installation tools, that are commonplace in other industries, are lacking in a cycling application. That’s where the new Rotary Tyre Tool comes in. Whether you’re a passionate home mechanic, swapping tyres for race teams, or working all day at a bike shop, the Rotary Tyre Tool is here to make quick work of even the most difficult tire installations.
Professional grade tool that significantly reduces time and effort installing/removing tyres and CushCore tire inserts.
We use this ourselves in our workshop here at Biketart and it's a total game-changer. Crazy expensive over here in the UK but there's nothing else like it and it works so good.
- Install and Remove tyres/inserts in minutes.
- Fits most thru axle hubs (axle diameters: 12mm – 20mm).
- Quick adjust system (fits wheel sizes: 24”-29”, 650b, 700c).
- Highly engineered shape and surfaces glide tires and inserts onto wheels with ease.
- Fast & Easy assembly/disassembly for storage/transport.
